    Personally I believe the food is the best for miles around. I can't say enough about this wonderful, friendly restaurant/pub. The Port Grocer is a must place to go if you find yourself on the South Shore.

    A delightful spot in quaint and beautiful Port Medway. If you are close by on Friday night, stop by for "Pub Night". It's a once a week event with great food and music with distinctive Nova Scotia flavour. Music starts at 6 but you might want to arrive a bit earlier to get a good table. You will have to flip back through the pages of your memory to find a scene that equals Pub Night on the fun-o-meter.
